COURSE STRUCTURE

All undergraduate programmes are unitized taught courses with each unit credit rated. Overall course length is 8 Semesters, of which one full Semester involves project placements. From Second Year, course develops parallel themes of specialized technical study and a broader educational base. The courses provide a balanced programme of academic study and lab experience in engineering with specialization into 9 key strands by the second, third and fourth year stages, namely: Electronics Engineering; Communications Engineering; Computer Engineering; Textile Technology; Electrical Engineering; Civil Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Instrumentation Engineering; and, Information Technology.

The postgraduate programmes are unitized taught courses with each unit credit rated. There are core subjects followed by a specialization plus electives that enhance the programme and add value beyond the traditional Master's Degree.
